Tiffini has been an educator for over 20 years, working in three school boards and nine different schools. Tiffini has taught everything from Kindergarten to Grade 8 with additional qualifications in Special Education. She is regarded as a natural leader in the education community and is passionate about helping people pave their own way.

Once Tiffini recognized that striving for recognition and validation from external sources was at the root of her pain, her healing journey began to flourish. Rebuilding a deeper connection to her intuition allowed her to redefine wellness and place a stronger emphasis on prioritizing relationships in all areas of her life. Now, she feels called to support fellow female educators who are experiencing similar struggles.
